Development practitioner and certified professional mediator advancing gender equality, youth empowerment, and community-led change through strategic programming, creative advocacy, and participatory approaches.
Rhema Perazim brings a multidisciplinary background in diplomacy, development, international security, and finance, enabling her to connect policy, research, and grassroots realities. She has worked closely with community-based organizations and social initiatives focused on gender justice, youth development, peacebuilding, and social inclusion, with a strong emphasis on locally driven and sustainable solutions.
At the Dr. Susan Munayi Foundation, Rhema leads program strategy, partnerships, and external relations. She supports the design and implementation of inclusive, impact-driven programs while strengthening stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization, and strategic communication.
She is particularly passionate about storytelling, film, and research as tools for advocacy, awareness creation, and amplifying marginalized voices. Through her work, Rhema is committed to building resilient communities and advancing social justice in Bungoma County and beyond.
