Dr. Susan Munayi is an educator and licensed counselling psychologist with over 30 years of experience in mental health, education, and community development, working extensively with women, children, and youth across Kenya. She is also a certified professional mediator, Trainer of Trainers (for mediators and counsellors), a certified peacebuilder, and an RPL Examiner.
As the founder of the Dr Susan Munayi Foundation, Dr. Munayi provides strategic leadership in psychosocial support, advocacy, and community empowerment initiatives rooted in trauma-informed care, ethical practice, and gender equity. Her work is guided by compassion and a deep commitment to restoring dignity, healing, and wellbeing within vulnerable communities, particularly in rural and underserved areas.
