Volunteer Code of Conduct
As per our Safeguarding Policy and Organizational Constitution, all volunteers must:
Sign our Volunteer Agreement and Safeguarding Declaration
Uphold the rights and dignity of all community members, especially children and vulnerable groups
Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
Adhere to DSMF’s policies on child protection, anti-discrimination, and data privacy
How to Apply
Fill out our Volunteer Application Form. The following shall be the requirements:
Submit a short motivation letter and CV
Provide contact details for at least two referees
Agree to our safeguarding and confidentiality policies

Your safety and the safety of our beneficiaries are our top priority. All volunteers undergo orientation and training sessions covering:
Child protection and safeguarding
Ethical engagement in communities
Basic counseling and referral protocols
